What is HFH small.jpg

Hike for Hospice Palliative Care is a unique national fundraising event held across Canada. All funds raised locally, stay locally.

The North Shore Palliative Project (a collaboration of the North Shore Hospice Society and the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation) is proud to host the North Shore Hike for Hospice 2018 to raise funds for a broad range of palliative and hospice support - including our innovative "EVERY DAY COUNTS" program which supports palliative care patients and their families in our communities.

Did you know HFH small.jpg

  • Hospice palliative care aims to relieve suffering, while improving the quality of living and dying.
  • Hospice palliative care is not just for the final days or months of life. It’s care that should begin when a life-threatening condition is diagnosed so that individuals and their families are supported as they manage the often complicated journey at the end of life.
  • Join us in support of hospice and palliative care.  You can help make Every Day Count!
